Henry County: Database error may have caused 911 mishap leading to officer's death | The Kansas City Star

Henry County 911 Emergency Communications said on Friday that the open line call that sent police officer Christopher Ryan Morton to the wrong address came from a land line. The county suspects a database error was responsible.
