NH Supreme Court to review whether state voter database should be provided to lawsuit plaintiffs

Just hours after state lawmakers passed legislation barring the release of the state’s private centralized voter database during pending civil litigation, the state Supreme Court stepped in and said it will review a lower court's order that the state release the data to plaintiffs challenging a state law tightening voter registration requirements.
