Mar 31, New Ministry training opportunities in Houston Texas

Beginning Thursday,April 23rd, I will be conducting a three week evangelism training workshop at our Houston, Texas location. The meetings will take place on three consecutive Thursday evenings from 7-9 p.m. I will also be offering the same teaching series on Saturday mornings, beginning April 25, from 9-11 a.m. The meetings are open to everyone who has an interest in learning new skills and ideas related to leading people to Jesus Christ. East Africa (MNN) -- Yesterday, we told you about Set Free Ministries’ work in East Africa supporting disabled children who would otherwise be abused and neglected. But that’s not all they do. Set Free also works in areas of East Africa, where witch doctors have an iron grip on the people. Dean VanderMey with Set Free says in these regions, it’s children and orphans who suffer the most. Fifty percent of the people that we were ministering to had AIDS and there were thousands of orphans walking around kind of hollow-eyed.
