Question Time panel debate ‘intrusive’ Named Person scheme

An audience member at a recent Question Time show in Aberdeen asks whether the Scottish Government’s controversial Named Person Scheme is intrusive to family life. The panel, which includes SNP MSP Humza Yousaf, Scottish Secretary David Mundell and Scottish Labour leader Kezia Dugdale, try to answer. Broadcast on BBC One, Thursday 16 May 2016.
