Mexico Supreme Court Rejects Attempt to Legalize Killing Babies in Abortions

Pro-lifers in Mexico had steeled themselves for the worst.  There seemed to be enough votes on Mexico’s Supreme Court to change the penal code to decriminalize abortion in the state of Veracruz.
